The Newcastle office provides the full range of our services by prior appointment. Staff here provide advice across the full spectrum of asylum and immigration issues. These include asylum / family reunion applications and appeals, fresh claim applications, extensions of discretionary leave, visa extension applications and EU residence applications. This office represents clients at appeal hearings and attend local prisons.

If you come to the office, we will try to make you an appointment. We can help you best if you bring with you

• evidence of means: information which show you cannot afford to pay for legal advice yourself
• papers from any previous legal advisor you have had
• the latest decision from the UK Border Agency in your case if this applies
• someone who can speak English (if you cant speak English yourself)
