Wayne’s role within RMJ is to lead the central services functions which provide support to the front line services. This incorporates human resources, staff development and facilities management.

Prior to joining RMJ in January 2008, Wayne held a number of director and board level positions for more than 20 years in the not-for-profit and private sectors.

Wayne has been involved in virtually every aspect of change management, leading to organisational and cultural changes in a variety of organisations. He has been involved in successfully achieving Investor in People status on more than one occasion.

In addition to this he established a successful consultancy group, Creative HR Solutions Ltd, which provides services to the NHS, large and medium sized private sector organisations and community groups.

Wayne has a law degree and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
