Refugee and Migrant Justice is now in Administration  Refugee and Migrant Justice (In Administration) ”the Company” Joint Administrators Malcolm Cohen and Andrew Beckingham as agents of the Company without personal liability 

 

Refugee and Migrant Justice is in Administration and is unable to take on any new clients.

If you are a legal representative intending to request a specific client file from RMJ, it will speed up the process greatly if in addition to sending us a signed client authority, you can return a signed copy of the Undertaking Form.

 

If clients require assistance securing a representative, they can either call the Community Legal Advice helpline on 0845 345 4345 or access their website at www.communitylegaladvice.org.uk in order to obtain a list of providers.  The LSC have also published a list of providers - click here for the list.

 

Anyone who has an existing file with the organisation should seek alternative legal representation and ask their new representatives to fax an authority to the relevant office. 

  • If your file was dealt with in Newcastle or Leeds - fax Leeds on 0113 247 0221
  • If your file was dealt with in Nottingham or Birmingham - fax Birmingham on 0121 644 5571
  • If your file was dealt with in any other RMJ office – fax Central London on 0207 780 3201

 

If you have been an RMJ client we will in due course write to you to tell you how to access your file if you have not found another legal representative.
