The Bedford office provides the full range of our services. It has a particular role and expertise in representing clients detained in Yarl’s Wood immigration removal centre including those detained in the ‘Fast Track’ process. This means that it has particular expertise in handling the cases of women, families and children.

If you come to these advice surgeries, we can help you best if you bring with you

• evidence of means: information which shows you cannot afford to pay for legal advice yourself
• papers from any previous legal adviser you have had
• the latest decision from the UK Border Agency in your case if this applies
• someone who can speak English (if you can’t speak English yourself)
