Refugee and Migrant Justice are actively involved in using our expertise to ensure that asylum and immigration law is as fair and just as possible. Our briefings are used to inform stakeholders, including MPs and Select Committees about issues surrounding asylum seekers and other vulnerable migrants. We use the legal expertise that we have built up since 1992 to inform these briefings and make sure that new legislation meets the needs of our clients.
On this page, we gather together our briefings, updating as we produce new ones.
